Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property is only accessible by a public bus service departing from Aguas Calientes between 5:30 AM and 3:30 PM and tickets must be purchased in advance. All guests including children are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. A birth certificate is also required at check-in for children under age 18. Additional documentation establishing permission to accompany is also required for adults checking in with children under age 18 when parents are not present.
