    The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 8 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This hotel is located on top of a mountain. Guests must ride the Gornergrat Bahn (surcharge) cable car from Zermatt to access the property. Zermatt is in a car-free zone and can be reached only by train.

    Mandatory fees

    • A tax is imposed by the city: CHF 4.00 per person per night for adults; CHF 2.00 per night for guests aged 9-16 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 9 years of age.
