Guests must transfer to the property via helicopter and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel using the contact information on the booking confirmation. There is no front desk at this property. This property doesn t offer after-hours check-in. Prior to arrival guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. This property is located in a remote part of the South Island of New Zealand accessible only by helicopter (included in the room rate). This property provides roundtrip shuttle service from most central hotels (excludes private residences) in Queenstown or Te Anau to the helicopter departure point in Milford Sound or guests can meet at the helicopter departure point via their own transportation. From Queenstown guests are picked up at 6:30 AM (and onwards) from hotels OR at 6:30 AM at The Station Building Duke Street. From Te Anau guests are picked up at 9 AM. Check-in time is 11:30 AM at the Milford Helicopters Office in Milford Sound. Guests will arrive at Milford Sound from the property at approximately 2:40 PM. The shuttle will arrive in Queenstown at approximately 7:30 PM and in Te Anau at approximately 5 PM.
