Mandatory fees
You ll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- Breakage deposit: EUR 100 per stay
- A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
- A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 30 April EUR 1.00 per person per night up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
- A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 30 September EUR 1.50 per person per night up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
- Cleaning fee: EUR 84 per accommodation per stay (varies per unit)

The listed mandatory cleaning fee applies to Basic Condo Balcony Garden View bookings. The mandatory cleaning fee is EUR 72 per stay for Apartment Balcony Garden View bookings. Cleaning fees are collected at the property.
