The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. From June 1 to August 31 reception hours are Monday 10 AM-4 PM Tuesday-Thursday 8 AM-8 PM Friday-Saturday 8 AM-10 PM and Sunday 8 AM-2 PM. From September 1 to May 31 reception hours are Tuesday-Thursday 8 AM-2 PM Friday 8 AM-8 PM Saturday 9 AM-5 PM and Sunday 8 AM to noon (closed on Monday).
